From the Mobile Device:
1. Tap one of the jobs you would like to send
2. Tap Send (paper plane icon)
3. Add the recipients, subject, & comments as needed
4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Attach More Activities
5. From here, you are able to select additional activities to send
6. Tap Send
From the Website:
1. From the Workflow > Jobs page, select the activities you would like to send
2. Click the Send PDF button at the top of the page
3. When the confirmation box pops up, scroll down and click ok to send the selected activity(s)
