Can't remember if you sent an activity or not? No problem - there are multiple ways to confirm this. And if you did forget - that's okay! you can still easily send that activity out to the necessary people - click here to read how!
From the Mobile Devices:
Tap on the activity
Tap Message History
This will show who the message was sent to, when it was sent, who it was from, and if it was delivered
From the Website:
Sent activities can be viewed from both the Jobs & Company Admin page.
From the Jobs Page:
A Letter icon will appear to the right of the job title to confirm that the activity has been sent
Hover over the activity then click the down arrow
Then click "Message History"
This will show who the message was sent to, when it was sent, who it was from, and if it was delivered.
From the My Business Tab:
Click your company name at the top right of the page
Click Messages
Adjust the filters to view the sent messages
