πΏ Expanded John Deere Integration with Agworld
Agworldβs integration with John Deere has been enhanced to enable seamless workflows for growers.
With this expanded integration, growers can now send planned activities, recommendations, and Work Orders directly to John Deere machines using Work Planner in the John Deere Operations Centre.
π Whatβs New?
This update allows for:
More accurate data capture during spray activities in-field
Automatic syncing of completed spray job data back into Agworld actuals
Improved planning and execution through direct machine integration
π Note: This integration currently supports application activities only, such as:
Chemical sprays
Fertiliser applications
β What Growers Need to Do Before Setting Up
Before using the expanded integration, please ensure the following setup requirements are complete:
1. β Machine Requirements
Only machines with Gen 4 or G5 displays can receive work plans.
2. β Boundary Sync
Clean Field boundaries must be imported from John Deere into Agworld.
Field names must match exactly across both systems.
3. β User Permissions in Agworld & John Deere
The user setting up the integration must be:
A Company Administrator in Agworld, and
The Responsible Party for the corresponding John Deere account
4. β Enable the Integration inside Agworld
The expanded integration is currently in Beta. Please keep this in mind if you wish to use the integration. We will greatly appreciate your feedback on how the integration works in your system.
If you wish to trial the integration, please reach out to our Customer Success team to have it enabled on your account.
5. β Work Record Timeframe Configuration
Update the timeframes in Work Record Settings to 1 day:
Navigate to:
βOrganisation Preferences β Agronomic Preferences β Work Record SettingsUpdate time in days to 1 for Application activities.
