Choose the field that contains the plan you want to convert.

Check if multiple fields have the same planned activity in their to-do list.

Example: Fields 1, 2, and 3 all contain the "Overhead Expenses" planned activity.

Click on the planned activity.

Select "Convert to Recommendation" or "Convert to Work Order."

In this example, select "Recommendation."

A new tab labeled "With Identical Plan" will appear at the top of the screen.

This tab displays all fields with identical planned activities.

Select the fields you want to include in the recommendation.

Confirm the selection and convert the identical field plans into a single recommendation.

Click "Save."

The planned activity will now appear as a recommendation in all selected fields.

Check Fields 1, 2, and 3 to ensure the plans have been converted into recommendations.
