How to access billing information?
Whether you're signing up to Agworld for the first time, or looking to renew your subscription, you can manage your organisation's billing information from the Agworld website. Get to your billing portal either by heading to https://admin.agworld.com/ or by heading to the Agworld website, logging in and clicking on your user icon in the top right corner, and clicking 'Subscriptions'.
Who can access the billing portal?
Only users with the 'company administrator' permission can access the billing portal
What billing information can I manage?
From your billing portal, you can:
Manage payment methods such as credit cards
Find and download historical invoices (From 2021 onwards, for previous invoices contact us)
Choose a new subscription if you're subscribing for the first time or if your subscription has been cancelled
Pay for any overdue invoices (note: you can also pay via the emails we send when your invoice is due)
Update company name, address, billing contacts
Manage seat (license) assignments if you are on a seat-based subscription
What payment method options does Agworld offer?
In Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, we offer Credit Card and Direct Debit payment method options
In the United States and Canada we offer Credit Card and ACH payment method options
How can I assign or remove seats?
Click on "Manage Seat Assignments" from your billing portal where you can remove, add or reassign seats:
How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
At this stage, you'll need to contact Agworld Customer Success to request a change to your subscription.
