Establishing a connection between Agworld and John Deere is the first step in integrating your machinery data and automating your workflow and improving data quality across your platforms.
If you already have a connection between Agworld and John Deere, you may need to refresh the integration to ensure all required permissions are correctly allocated in the John Deere Operations Center.
🔗 Who Can Set Up the Integration?
To set up or refresh the connection, you must:
Be logged into Agworld with Company Administrator access
Be the Responsible Party in the John Deere Operations Centre
🔄 Steps to Connect or Reconnect Agworld to John Deere
Step 1: Remove the Existing Connection (If Applicable)
If you have previously connected Agworld and John Deere:
Log into John Deere Operations Centre
Navigate to Setup → Connections
Under Agworld, click Manage, then select Access
Click Remove Connection
Step 2: Open Integration Settings in Agworld
In Agworld, click your Company Name in the top right green bar
This opens your Company Details & Menu
Scroll to the bottom and click Integrations
Under the John Deere logo, click Manage or Set Up if you have not set up the connection before
Step 3: Clear Connection
If an integration was previously set up, otherwise move on to step 4
Click Clear Credentials on the far right
Refresh the page
Step 4: Authorise or Reauthorise Connection
Click Check Authorisation
Log into John Deere Operations Centre using your credentials
On the authorisation page, confirm access for Agworld
Once complete, you’ll return to the John Deere Integration page in Agworld.
Step 5: Finalise Client Management Setup
In the Client Management section, select your John Deere Organisation from the dropdown
If the dropdown is missing:
Try refreshing the page
If you still can't find the dropdown and refreshing the page has not worked, please contact Agworld support via email or phone.

Reauthorising ensures the proper permissions are enabled and that the expanded integration features—including Work Planner support for application activities—function as expected.
