Downloading the Agworld Apps
You can use Agworld offline in the field by downloading our iOS apps.
To download:
On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store.
Search for “Agworld.”
You’ll see:
Agworld for iPhone
Agworld for iPad
Agworld Sampling (iPad only)
Agworld Scout (iPhone & iPad)
Tap GET, then confirm with Touch ID or your Apple ID password.
Tap OPEN to launch the app once it’s installed.
Tips
Agworld for iPad and Agworld for iPhone are available for all users.
Agworld Sampling access depends on your subscription. Contact support if you’d like to add this feature.
Your login is the same as your Agworld website credentials.
Your data is stored securely in the cloud. If you delete the app or change devices, simply log in again.
Agworld apps are only available for iOS devices. You can also log in on a computer via Google Chrome.
Managing Auto-Sync Settings
By default, Agworld automatically syncs your data in the background. You can turn this off if you’d prefer to sync manually, which is useful if you’re creating a large batch of activities.
Turn Auto-Sync On or Off
On iPad
Tap the menu icon in the top left.
Tap your name at the bottom left.
Tap Sync.
Tap Autosync Status.
Toggle the slider:
Green = Auto-sync ON
White = Auto-sync OFF
On iPhone
Tap More in the bottom right.
Tap your username.
Tap Sync.
Toggle the slider:
Green = Auto-sync ON
White = Auto-sync OFF
Tip: When auto-sync is off, remember to manually sync after creating new activities by tapping the Sync button.
Updating Your App and Device
Keeping your iPhone or iPad, and your Agworld app, up to date ensures the best performance and access to new features.
Plug in your device and connect to Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings → General → Software Update.
Tap Download and Install, then follow the prompts.
Note:
Agworld requires iOS 14.1 or newer. For the best experience, use a device that supports iOS 17 or later.
Update the Agworld App
Open the App Store.
Search for Agworld.
Tap Update if available.
Always sync before updating to prevent data loss.
To check your current app version: Tap More → scroll to the bottom — your version will be displayed there.
