Agronomists: How to add Mobile numbers to customer's accounts for your SMS recommendations

Please be aware that this can only be performed on accounts where you have External Admin access.

Step 1: Log into your Agworld account on the website

Step 2: Click on the 3 dots next to your customer's name

Step 3: Click on “view company users”

Step 4:

  • Click on the name of the user you would like to add the number to

  • Click on the “Add Phone Number” box in the “contact details” panel

  • Add your customer’s number and make sure you add the country code ie +6427, not 027 or +61405, not 0405

  • Change the number “type” to “mobile” in the dropdown box on the left, then click on “save details”.

Step 5: Refresh the webpage using the circle icon on the top left of your browser

Step 6: Once the page has reloaded click on the “sms” tick box in the “Messaging and Notifications” panel, and click on save settings

Congratulations you have set up your Customer to receive SMS notifications via Agworld!

Move to Agworld on the Mobile App

Now you can SMS your recommendations and observations to your customers from the App.

Simply;

  • Select a job and tap 'Send'

  • Select 'Agworld Contacts' and tap 'Mobile'

  • Select the users you want to SMS

  • 'Send activity' and tap 'Send'.

Now when you are in the app, you can choose to text your recommendations and observations to customers by clicking on the “mobile” tab in the “send to Agworld contacts” page, and select the customers you wish to text

What your Customer will see from you on their Phone!
