1. Access the Sample Collection Page
Hover over the Workflow tab.
Select Sample Collection.
This page displays all your soil sample jobs and their current status.
2. Create and Manage Sample Jobs
To create a new soil sample job, use the options provided on this page.
To manage multiple jobs at once:
Select one or more sample jobs.
Click the Bulk Actions button.
Choose the action that best suits your needs.
3. Use Filters to Find Specific Jobs
At the top of the page, you’ll see several filter options to refine your view:
ID: Enter a specific sample job ID.
Each job in Agworld has a unique ID, also visible in the Agworld Sampling app.
Status: Filter jobs based on their progress (e.g., pending, in progress, completed).
Assigned To:
First select the company, then choose a user.
Or leave the user field unassigned.
Date Range: Narrow down jobs within a specific time period.
Show Completed: Tick this box to include completed jobs in your view.
After selecting filters, click Update to refresh results.
4. Manage Individual Sample Jobs
For each job listed:
Click the gear icon on the right-hand side to view available options.
Options vary depending on the stage of the job.
Once lab results are imported, you can:
Click the Sample Job ID on the left-hand side.
View the specific points that were sampled.
5. Switch Seasons and Clients
By default, you’ll see sample jobs for a single client in the current season. You can adjust this view:
Use the season selector to change seasons.
Click the X next to a client name to view all sample jobs across all clients and all seasons.
6. Import Sample Results
At any time, you can import results directly from the Sample Collection page:
Click the Import Sample Results button in the upper-right corner.
Follow the import process to upload lab results.
