Now that you have created your commodities, you can get started adding your Harvest Loads!

Harvest loads let you capture the harvested weight for a given commodity at the time of harvest.

Whether you are out in the field harvesting or at your desk, Agworld allows you to enter your harvest loads from the Agworld App on the iPhone / iPad and on the web. Note that creating Harvest Loads on the iPad / iPhone are currently only available for users with a Farmer subscription.

Once you begin a harvest load activity, the information that will be filled out remains the same on the iPad, iPhone, and Web:

Completed Date: Date Load was completed

Field: Crop Field(s) the Load is for from

Commodity

Initial Harvested Amount

Final Net Harvest Amount: Click Manually Adjust Final Amount to more accurately reflect the true amount harvested

Destination (optional)

Quality (optional)

Grade (optional)

Vehicle (optional)

Driver (optional)

Comments (optional)

Creating Harvest Loads on iPad

  1. Tap Main Menu Bar on left hand side

  2. Tap Harvest

  3. Tap a Commodity

  4. Tap Create New Harvest Load

  5. Fill out harvest load form

  6. Tap Submit

Creating Harvest Loads on iPhone

  1. From the navigation bar at the bottom of the iPhone tap the More icon with the three dots

  2. Tap Harvest

  3. Tap a Commodity

  4. Tap Create a New Harvest Load

  5. Fill out the harvest load form

  6. Tap Submit

Creating Harvest Loads on Web

  1. Go to Workflow > Harvest

  2. Select the Commodity you are creating a harvest load for

  3. Click the Harvest Loads tab, then Create

  4. Select the Field(s). Note: You can add fields in bulk. Under the Field dropdown, type the field names that you would like to include

  5. Fill out harvest load form

  6. Click Save

Harvest loads will now be reflected on each individual field you selected.

Helpful Tips:

  • You can use the shortcuts menu on the mobile device to enter harvest loads.

From the Maps, tap on a field to select it, tap on Shortcuts > Create Harvest Load. This pops up the harvest load form with that field selected.
