The John Deere Beta integration is Agworld's next step towards a more streamlined linkage between John Deere's Operations Center and Agworld Actual records. The integration now matches the inputs and input quantity (using the data provided by the John Deere Operation) with Agworld’s standardized product database, saving you time. If you haven't yet set up the John Deere integration, you can do so from the Agworld integrations page - here's how.

How to use the John Deere Machinery Data (BETA) integration:

  1. Navigate to Workflow | Machinery Data (BETA) on the Agworld website

2. The column to the left contains John Deere information, pulled from the Operations Center. The information brought across includes the start and stop time, name, activity area, map, inputs used and quantity of inputs used. A filter button is available to select the type of job, field, date it was completed, or a keyword (such as a product used on the field) to quickly find what you are looking for.

Once filtered, select apply and the jobs will be displayed.

3. When you select a certain field, the job will be displayed where you are able to match incoming inputs from John Deere to Agworld’s standardized product database.

4. You can convert this job by clicking link it to an existing activity or by creating an Actual from scratch. Click Edit & Link to make edits to the job before submitting.

If there is no existing activity simply click Create an Actual to get started!
