The following bulk actions available are:

  • Assign
  • Set due dates
  • Set as ready for collection
  • Set as not ready for collection
  • Set as complete
  • Delete
  • Download lab results as PDF

Setting collection jobs status as ready to collect

After you have created a soil collection job the job won't be automatically send to the soil collector's iPad. This is to act as a safe guard to prevent samples being collected before you are ready for them to be collected. When you are ready for the sample to be collected, you'll need to change the job's status to "Ready to Collect".

Jobs can be set to ready / not ready using the action cog to the right of the page or by selecting multiple jobs, clicking the bulk actions button at the top of the page and choosing the set at ready / not ready option.

Jobs set to Ready will be visible on the assigned sampler’s iPad.

Viewing a job's history

To see when a job’s status has changed, click on the action cog on the far right of the page and choose “view job history”.

Filtering the jobs shown

To help you search for specific job(s) there are filters available on the Sample Collection Jobs page. You can filter the jobs you view by job id, job status, assigned company/ user and due date.

Editing a soil collection job
